Organic Coco Peat Soil Amender (also known as coco coir) isused to keep yoursoil loose and aerated as well as adding organic matter to your soil composition. Itworks great in building clay and sandy soils into good soil mediums.

CocoPeat is a waste product obtained during the extraction of coir fiber from thecoconut husk. Coco Peat is very light, highly compressible and readily absorbsand retains moisture. It is comprised of 100 % organic material.

All of these factors make it perfect for horticultural applications. It replaces peatmoss, perlite, and rock wool.

After Collection of Coco peat from the Fibre extraction process, it will be stored in dry open land for a Three month periods

Sometimes will get rain water to washing the same

If it is not enough, manually we will pouring the water on the coco peat beds

After that we will use sun dry method normally, when it will not enough, we will use our Concrete drying Yards.

In the final screening / sieving process ( 6 mm mesh size to filter the fibre ),the sand is removed by using our automated screeners. Since it's the final screening process, the coco peat is thoroughly tested for any impurities or bigger coco husks

Finally we get the 5 KGS blocks and it will transported by lorries to the Port and Packed in the form of PALLETS with plastic wrapper sheet.

5 KG Block makes 65 75 liters of material that can be used as a growth medium by itself or added to soil to create a great environment for plants.

Application Procedures:

1) Place coco peat block into a wheelbarrow or bucket

2) Add up to 20 Litres of water

3) Wait 15-30 minutes

4) Break apart and stir by hand, with a hoe, spade or shovel

5) Now you are ready to mix it into whatever grow medium you want.

For container/potting soil mixes: Use at a rate of one part coco peat to two parts top soil

Coco Peat can account for up to 40 percent of the potting mix!

For seed starters, use100 % coco peat to start out, and when plants are two or three inches tall, move to your garden or potted soil.
